Project Management

We enhance projects productivity with a powerful Web-based project management tool for distributed collaboration with your team. Additional support is brought to every project with our Web-based Engineering Documentation that will get updated through the course of the project. It brings real-time feedback to managerial staff.

Methodology

Our certified partners are trained to use an enhanced model of RUP (Rational Unified Process). Rational is owned by IBM. The Rational Unified Process is characterized by an incremental and iterative process, driven by the client needs and focused on his architecture. One of the flaws of the RUP model in its initial conception was its focus on the process to the detriment of development. As we use it, RUP is coupled to eXtreme Programming, another development methodology popularized by Kent Beck. Their combination in the “light-weight methodologies” defined as “agile” is currently the most complete and most adapted form for projects such as ours.

Planning

Long-term macro-plans and short-term iterative micro-plans are devised for your specific project needs. The iterative approach reduces the risk of overspending on obsolete technologies or dead-end solutions. A typical iterative design begins with a concept and proceeds through needs analysis and architecture design, raising awareness over real technical and functional requirements.
